678例慢性胃炎患者抑郁及焦虑状态分析

摘要：目的分析不同人群慢性胃炎患者抑郁及焦虑状态的差异性。方法采用抑郁自评量表和焦虑自评量表对678例慢性胃炎患者抑郁和焦虑的主观感受进行评定，从一般人口学特征角度分析其心理状态的差异性。分析肝胃不和组与非肝胃不和组抑郁及焦虑状态的差异性。分解肝胃不和证的证素基础，分别分析证素肝组与非证素肝组、证素胃组与非证素胃组、证素气滞组与非证素气滞组抑郁及焦虑状态的差异性。结果不同年龄、性别患者焦虑状态存在差异，不同文化程度患者抑郁状态存在差异，不同职业、经济状况患者抑郁和焦虑状态均存在差异。肝胃不和组与非肝胃不和组抑郁及焦虑状态有明显差异。证素肝组与非证素肝组、证素气滞组与非证素气滞组焦虑及抑郁状态有明显差异。结论不同性别、年龄、职业、经济状况及文化程度慢性胃炎患者心理状态存在差异。肝胃不和证患者更容易存在抑郁及焦虑状态，其证素基础可能为“肝”“气滞”。关键词：慢性胃炎；抑郁；焦虑；肝胃不和；证素DOI：103969jiss
