摘要
本设计为高层综合办公楼，其现实意义和迫切性不言而喻。该设计结合现代的办公观念，突出“以人为核心”的设计理论，采用大面积自主布置、两端部设置交通核、环形布置房间等设计手法在外观上将主体分为三大部分努力创造高耸的视觉效果。本结构采用使用部分的大空间布置具有平面灵活，使用性强，安全合理等特点。在满足近期使用功能的同时兼顾今后的改建，从结构上做到为用户创造方便舒适优美的办公休息空间。在总平面的布置中采用主体建筑位于中心，四周布置娱乐休闲设施的方式，并保证了交通的合理性与防火要求。
高层建筑已经成为当今不可回避的生存方式之一，这是城市人口聚集的必然趋势所以做好高层设计的意义重大。关键词高层办公楼框架结构
