摘要
锤式破碎机大量应于水泥厂，电厂和各个部门。所以，它的设计有着广泛的前景和丰富的可借鉴经验。
本文通过对破碎机的设计同时介绍了破碎机的发展历史、种类、工作原理及其主要参数。并详细的分析了破碎机的构成、以及破碎机的日常维护和基本安全操作规程，并分析了破碎机的日常检修及其常见故障分析。其设计的实质是，在完成总体的设计方案以后，就指各个主要零部件的设计、安装、定位等问题，并对个别零件进行强度校核和试验。通过自身的实践，更加的认识到对破碎机专业理论知识的学习，提高操作技能，了解破碎机的内部构造，大概了解破碎机的客观运用，叙述了利用传统的方法、结合先进的知识、科学的逻辑思维方法来客观的阐述分析破碎机出现的一般事故以及设计的心得体会。并对破碎机的未来发展前景有着很好的憧憬。关键词：破碎机；锤头；轴
