多年来多次参加研究生的面试，自然有一些感想和经验。特别是
今年考生成绩很高而淘汰比例又很大的情况下，这两天参加完本单位
准研究生面试后，感觉到很有必要写篇博文与正准备参加复试的准研
f究生或未来准备考研的同学做些交流。就个人的经历，自己很少遇到过面试的准研究生能充分利用很短的面试时间来展示其最好的能力和水平的。
由于这些年参加本单位面试的准研究生很多，一位学生的面试时间都很短，几分钟到十几分钟，这么短时间要测试考生的综合能力和英语听说能力，对考生和老师都是一种挑战。
我们的考生有的是有能力水平但不知道怎样利用回答问题来展示自己，有的是没有能力水平也不知道怎样利用回答问题来展示自己。前者是考生自然是自己吃了亏，后者是没有办法。
为了使考生面试时不太紧张和由于中国人习惯不直说，教师提问题一般都是采用看“由表及里”、观“由此及彼”、听“弦外之音”和辅“旁敲侧击”r
