改良风险预警评估管理对急诊胸痛患者预后
的影响观察

【摘要】目的：探讨改良风险预警评估管理对急诊胸痛患者预后的影响观察。方法：选取2015年5月2017年5月在笔者所在医院急诊科接受治疗的66例胸痛患者为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，每组33例。对照组患者通过常规检查判断病情，观察组患者则在常规检查的同时采用改良风险预警评分进行评估和针对性的干预。比较两组患者的抢救时间、进入急诊到出诊时间、住院时间等相关指标及预后生活质量。结果：观察组患者的抢救时间、进入急诊到出诊时间、住院时间等相关指标明显短于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（t2320、7992、3411，P
