口腔正畸治疗牙周病致前牙移位的临床效果分析
摘要目的研究口腔正畸治疗牙周病致前牙移位的临床效果。方法选取我院2013年3月～2015年5月收治的50例因牙周病引发的前牙移位患者为研究对象，在实施牙周病基础治疗的基础上进行口腔正畸治疗，比较治疗前、治疗结束和治疗1年后患者的牙周袋深度，牙出血情况、前牙槽高度，前牙覆、覆盖指标。结果治疗结束时，患者的牙周袋深度，牙出血情况、前牙槽高度，前牙覆、覆盖指标，与治疗前比较，均明显改善（P005），治疗1年后复诊时，上述指标均保持良好。50例患者均顺利完成治疗，所有患者牙周膜间隙恢复正常，牙齿咬合吻合程度较高，牙齿松动情况改善，且符合患者的美观要求。结论口腔正畸治疗牙周病致前牙移位，在牙周的控制方面效果较好，改善了患者的牙齿咀嚼功能，可保持牙齿美观，临床效果明显，值得应用于临床并推广。
