精囊镜联合非那雄胺治疗慢性精囊炎患者反复血精的效果观察

【摘要】目的：探讨精囊镜手术联合非那雄胺药物治疗慢性精囊炎患者反复血精临床有效性、安全性。方法：回顾性分析2014年1月2016年8月精囊镜手术联合非那雄胺药物治疗36例慢性精囊炎患者反复血精的临床及随访资料，所有患者术前2周开始服用非那雄胺，应用精囊镜进行检查及治疗，术后继续应用非那雄胺4周。定期随访，观察症状及精液改善情况。结果：35例患者成功行双侧精囊镜手术，1例患者行单侧精囊镜手术，手术时间31～58mi
，平均（42±9）mi
，术中无并发症的发生。1例失访，术后3个月随访，31例治愈（治愈率8857），3例好转，1例复发；术后6个月随访，30例治愈（治愈率8571），3例好转，2例复发；随访3、6个月时精浆果糖值与术前比较，差异均有统计学意义（P【关键词】精囊镜；非那雄胺；慢性精囊炎；血精doi：1014033jc
