浅谈流动人口治安管理存在的问题及对策
摘要：随着市场经济体制的不断完善，市场开放城市化进程加快，人口的流动进一步
增多，农村剩余劳动力以更大的幅度涌入城市和经济相对发达地区务工、经商。流动人口为
经济的发展注入了活力，为城市建设提供了大量的劳动力，促进了城市的繁荣和发展，也给
城市产生了综合压力，尤其是流动人口违法犯罪增多。流动人口绝大部分来自四面八方较为
落后的农村，对整个城市管理的要求缺乏了解，总体系质偏低，给城市治安管理工作带来严
重问题。本文对流动人口在治安管理方面存在的问题作一具体分析并提出相应的解决方案。
