当前人口老龄化形势在全球范围日益发严峻，这无疑对以养老保险为主体的社会保障制度运行形成巨大的压力与挑战。在我国，人口老龄化会导致政府养的老负担增加、社会养老保险基金的筹集模式和管理方式改变等。在这一复杂的背景下，本文重新审视中国的人口老龄化的现状及其对社会养老保险制度改革的影响，以此对中国人口老龄化冲击下的社会养老保险制度改革提出对策。关键词：人口老龄化养老保险制度改革
