摘要
汽车转向系统作为汽车重要组成部分之一，对于汽车的行驶安全和操纵稳定性至关重要，因此，对于转向系统的设计必须按照国家相关的规定要求严格进行。从汽车转向系统的不断发展可以看出：设计出具有良好性能的转向系统，一直以来都是相关科研机构和各大汽车生产厂家的重要研究项目之一。本文概述了汽车转向系统的发展和现状以及未来可能的发展方向。根据已给出的结构参数，结合轻型载货汽车的性能要求和国家的相关规定，完成了转向系统的相应设计工作，包括转向器类型的选择，结构参数的确定和性能计算校核等等；然后利用计算机辅助设计三维软件CATIA，首先构建QX1040轻型载货汽车转向系统重要零部件的三维实体模型，然后进一步完成转向系统的整体装配，最后完成转向系统整体动态装配并录制视频。关键词：转向系统；性能计算；计算机辅助设计；动态装配；CATIA
