我国农村民间金融的规范与发展研究摘要：
本文首先对我国农村民间金融的发展概况进行了论述包括农村民间金融的概念界定及其发展背景、特点和功能。然后对目前我国农村民间金融的原因、运行形式及双重影响进行深入剖析，最后又针对我国民间金融存在的问题提出了规范和发展我国农村民间金融的具体对策，如从法律上明确民间金融的地位，规范农村民间金融，加强和完善监管制度，强化对民间金融的监管，加强民间金融机构的规模化，规范正常民间金融活动政府首先要承认民间金融机构的积极作用，建立农村民间金融机构存款保险制度，提高农民的自身的综合素质等。
