摘
要
安置房的规划设计在我国目前城市化进程中的变得越来越重要，安置房的设计坚持安全、环保、实用和经济的原则，力求使拆迁安置房成为“绿色、节能、人文、经济”的宜居之所。有些安置房，由于设计不尽合理、质量欠佳和配套物业不足等问题，直接影响城镇化的实施。现代的安置房过分强调基本原则、规划理念、空间结构、公共空间体系等角度设计，缺少对户型设计部分的讨论，对农民住宅多层化和公寓化设计研究的不够深入细致。本文通过分析当前城市拆迁安置房的定义、特点、安置房设计存在的问题，结合实际案例，对拆迁安置房的设，进行分析讨论。为今后的安置房设计提供一定的参考价值。
