国产海藻酸钠载药微球在原发性肝癌TACE治疗中的安全性分析

【摘要】目的探讨国产海藻酸钠载药微球在原发性肝癌肝动脉插管化疗栓塞术（TACE）治疗中的安全性。方法60例原发性肝癌患者，随机分为海藻酸钠组和碘化油组，每组30例。海藻酸钠组接受国产海藻酸钠载药微球进行动脉化疗栓塞，碘化油组采用碘化油进行动脉化疗栓塞，评价血常规、肝功能以及并发症情况。结果TACE术后，两组患者白细胞、红细胞和血小板降低情况比较差异无统计学意义（P005）。两组患者总胆红素（TBIL）增高、间接胆红素（IBIL）增高、谷丙转氨酶（ALT）增高、谷草转氨酶（AST）增高和白蛋白（ALB）降低情况比较差异无统计学意义（P005）。海藻酸钠组患者并发腹痛167（530）低于碘化油组的600（1830），差异有统计学意义（P005）。结论国产海藻酸钠载药微球在原发性肝癌TACE治疗中是安全的，可在临床使用。【关键词】肝动脉插管化疗栓塞术；原发性肝癌；海藻酸钠；碘化油；安全性DOI：1014163jc
