水解酸化缺氧好氧联合工艺处理某工业园区废水

摘要：本文预处理工艺采用“调节池絮凝沉淀”，稳定进水水质、水量的同时去除可能带入的悬浮物。生化工艺采用“水解酸化缺氧好氧”联合工艺，生化段采用了复合生物滤池工艺，具有抗冲击负荷能力高、污泥不易流失、处理效率高等优点。并在池型上进行了改良，保证了进水及出水的均匀性，提高了处理效果。深度处理部分采用了“臭氧微絮凝过滤”工艺，同时在施工图设计时在平面布局及管道设计时考虑臭氧可放到生化段前面，以防止水质变化时可以灵活应对。本工程经过一个月的实际运行，出水完全可达到《城镇污染物排放标准》一级A标准，同时工艺稳定、可靠、高效，为同类化工园区工业废水提供借鉴作用。
