111交流同步电机调速特点
旋转电机根据电源的不同可分为交流电机和直流电机而交流电机又可分为同步电机和感应电机。同步电机相比直流电机优势主要体现在交直流电机结构差异上。直流电机有换向器换向器的换向能力限制了其容量和速度而且换向火花问题一直是直流电机的诟病同时它对负载能力和动态电量有所要求。所以同步电机具有电机容量大体积小、占地面积小动态性能好维修方便节约能源等优点。
同步电机同比感应电机同步电机功率因数较高所以变频器容量和电机尺寸小。因异步电机磁通控制精度取决于转子电阻参数同步电机精度可单独控制所以同步电机控制精度相对较高。
