组织协调。制定相关制度和措施，组织协调各部门齐抓共管，解决社会服务管理重点、难点问题。指派调度。对群众反映、下级上报、上级交办的服务管理事项受理登记、请示报告和分类处置，指派、调度相关部门完成工作任务。督导考核。对各部门和下级中心工作运行情况和具体事项办理情况进行指导、检查、督办，推动工作落实。“一票否决”和责任查究建议。对领导不重视、措施不落实、工作推诿扯皮，导致发生重大案（事）件或造成恶劣影响、产生严重后果的地方和部门，提出“一票否决”（警示）和责任查究建议。
