护理质量管理制度
一、医院成立由分管院长、护理部主任副主任、科护士长组成的护理质量管理委员会，负责全院护理质量管理目标及各项护理质量标准制定并对护理质量实施控制与管理。
二、护理质量实行护理部、科室、病区三级控制和管理。1、病区护理质量控制组1级：由23人组成，病区护士长参加并负责。按照质量标准对护理质量实施全面控制，及时发现工作中存在的问题与不足，对出现的质量缺陷进行分析，制定改进措施。检查有登记、记录并及时反馈，每月填写检查登记表及护理质量月报表报上一级质控组。2、科护理质量控制组Ⅱ级：由35人组成，科护士长参加并负责。每月有计划地或根据科室护理质量的薄弱环节进行检查，填写检查登记表及护理质量月报表报护理部控制组，对于检查中发现的问题及时研究分析，制定切实可行的措施并落实。3、护理部护理质量控制组Ⅲ级：由810人组成，护理部主任参加并负责。每月按护理质量控制项目有计划、有目的、有针对性的对各病区护理工作进行检查评价，填写检查登记表及综合报表。及时研究、分析、解决检查中发现的问题。每月在护士长会议上反馈检查结果，提出整改意见，限期整改。
