摘要：目的探讨术肢操预防经桡动脉冠脉介入术（TRI）后并发症的效果，为降低TRI术后并发症提供参考。方法选取2017年6月～11月在我院行经桡动脉行冠脉介入术（TRI）的100例患者作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和试验组，各50例。对照组给予常规术后护理，试验组在基础上由护士指导行术肢操锻炼。比较两组术后8h术肢远端肢体肿胀、疼痛、术肢食指指端血氧饱和度（SpO2）异常及穿刺处出血情况。结果试验组组术肢远端肢体肿胀、疼痛患者少于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P
