PBL教学法在妇产科护理教学中的应用效

摘要目的探讨以问题为先导(PBL)教学法在临床妇产科护理教学中的应用效果。方法选取桂林医学院2011级本科护理学(助产护理方向)专业学生66名,随机分为实验组33名和对照组33名,实验组采用PBL教学方法教学,对照组采用传统教学方法教学。结果实验组理论考试成绩为(7931±556)分,对照组理论考试成绩为(7150±689)分,两组理论成绩比较差异有高度统计学意义(P001);实验组在提高学习兴趣和积极性、判断性思维能力、自学能力、思维想象能力、理论与实践结合能力、同学间协作精神和有助于理解难点方面评价较对照组有明显优势,差异有高度统计学意义(P001)。结论PBL教学法在妇产科护理教学中教学效果明显优于传统教学方法,是一种行之有效的教学方法。
