PBL教学法在妇产科护理教学中的应用效
果

摘要目的探讨以问题为先导（PBL）教学法在临床妇产科护理教学中的应用效果。方法选取桂林医学院2011级本科护理学（助产护理方向）专业学生66名，随机分为实验组33名和对照组33名，实验组采用PBL教学方法教学，对照组采用传统教学方法教学。结果实验组理论考试成绩为（7931±556）分，对照组理论考试成绩为（7150±689）分，两组理论成绩比较差异有高度统计学意义（P001）；实验组在提高学习兴趣和积极性、判断性思维能力、自学能力、思维想象能力、理论与实践结合能力、同学间协作精神和有助于理解难点方面评价较对照组有明显优势，差异有高度统计学意义（P001）。结论PBL教学法在妇产科护理教学中教学效果明显优于传统教学方法，是一种行之有效的教学方法。
