地方高校应用型本科人才培养模式探索

摘要地方高校培养应用型人才是服务区域经济社会发展、学生多样化发展和学校发展的需要。海南大学应用科技学院在应用型本科人才培养模式上进行了有益的实践与探索，即明确应用型本科人才培养目标、加强青年教师队伍建设、充分利用科研单位教学资源、借助社会资源加强实践教学相结合的应用型本科人才培养模式。在这一人才培养模式下海南大学在应用型人才培养质量、学科专业建设、课程建设等方面都取得了可喜的进步，相关的经验可供同类高校参考。
