摘要
改革开放30年以来，随着我国经济体制改革的不断深化，民营经济已经成为中国经济的重要组成部分。自1992年我国确立了以社会主义市场经济为经济体制的改革目标以来，民营企业作为市场经济最重要的市场主体得到了迅速发展，已经成为拉动中国经济增长的重要力量，民营企业的改革和发展也日益引起国家的重视。河南省是一个农业大省，农业人口众多，在推进河南省新农村建设、增加农民收入、提供就业岗位等方面，民营企业发挥了巨大作用。然而，制约河南民营企业发展的一个最突出的问题就是融资困难。因此研究河南省民营企业的融资问题具有重要的现实意义和紧迫性。企业融资困境体现在企业自身和外部环境两个方面，本文从这两个方面出发提出相应的建议对策，以期能对河南民营企业融资提供指导和借鉴，进一步化解融资难这一困境。
