摘要】目的探讨UF50尿沉渣分析仪检测尿中管型的准确性及其影响因素。方法随机收集住院患者的晨尿标本580份，同时用UF50尿沉渣分析仪手动进样模式、优利特Uritest－500B尿液分析仪检测，后再将标本离心取沉渣于Olympus显微镜下镜检。将检测的结果作比较。结果580份尿液中，UF50尿沉渣分析仪检测管型阳性的有91份，显微镜下镜检管型阳性的有83份，两种方法检测结果相符的有520份，占8966，两者检测的结果不符的有60份，占1034。结论UF50尿沉渣分析仪对尿中管型的检测存在较高的假阳性率和假阴性率。对UF50尿沉渣分析仪检测管型阳性的标本仍需用显微镜进行复检，对病理性管型阳性的标本需用显微镜做进一步的分类，给临床提供更确切的诊疗。r

近些年，随着检验技术的飞速发展，全自动的尿沉渣分析仪逐渐在医院的检验科中得以应用。由于全自动尿沉渣分析仪具有操作规范化、检测的自动化、速度快、重复性好、一次可以检测多个参数等优点，被临床广泛应用。UF50尿沉渣分析仪采用的是流式细胞分析和荧光染色为一体的原理，能对尿液中的管型自动计数。但是我们在实际的工作中发现其对管型的检测存在着较高的假阳性率、假阴性率，我们对580份尿标本用UF50尿沉渣分析仪和显微镜两种方法进行检测并对检测结果作比较分析，现报告如下。r
