大学生就业创业现状及完善对策分析

摘要目前国家的政策逐步调整，大学仍旧在扩招，导致每年毕业的大学生数量逐步增加，就2014年而言，高校毕业生人数高达727万人，可想而知，在当前的形势下，大学生就业问题是多么的严峻。虽然我国社会主义市场经济体制在不断地完善，各种教育制度也在进行深化改革，但是大学生就业问题仍然是值得关注的热点，也有不少毕业生走上了创业之路，但是前路迷茫，十分困难。本文就大学生就业创业的现状进行介绍，分析其中存在的问题，并提出相应的对策，希望对促进大学毕业生及时就业有所帮助。关键词大学生就业创业对策中图分类号：G64738文献标识码：ADOI：1016400jc

通过对部分学生的走访调查，我们不难发现目前大部分大学生对自己毕业后的出路十分迷茫，不知道自己该何去何从，不同院校、不同专业的毕业生对自己毕业后的去向也是做出了不同的选择。调查显示，近年来理工科毕业生的就业状况比较理想，大多数理工科毕业生选择去企业从事技术研发的工作。相比而言，文科毕业生的就业状况不甚理想，选择就业的毕业生大多通过考试进入政府机关或者事业单位。就专业而言，目前一些人才紧缺专业，如计算机、通讯电子、土建、机械自动化、医药和师范类等毕业生就业率高，毕业生供不应求。而对于长线专业如哲学、社会学、经济学、法学等专业的毕业生需求较少r
