摘要
通过分析三星手机的流通环境和产品本身特性，选择了合适的缓冲包装材料发泡聚氨酯，对产品本身以及其配件进行了全面缓冲的包装，分别计算了缓冲衬垫的尺寸并对其结构进行了设计，最后进行了校核，并用白卡纸对内装物进行了包装。在运输包装设计中，选用了0201型的瓦楞纸箱，楞型为A，且为单瓦楞，并计算了尺寸校核了强度。集合包装设计中进行了托盘和集装箱的选用和利用率计算，采用交错式的方式在托盘上进行堆码，装在1B的集装箱内。最终得到了完整的三星手机I9082i的运输设计方案。关键词：缓冲包装材料；缓冲包装设计；瓦楞纸箱；运输包装设计；集合包装
