摘要：绿色企业文化是建筑施工企业的必然选择和社会发展的客观要求。科学发展观为企业绿色文化建设提供了科学的原则和方法。基于科学发展观的企业绿色文化建设，要求建立“以人为本”的企业生态价值观，并依据“全面协调”、“可持续发展”的原则制定企业绿色管理制度和绿色施工管理制度，从而实现经济、社会、环境三个效益的统一与协调发展。
