返乡农民工再就业调查研究以贵州省正安县为例以贵州省正安县为例

要
返乡农民工问题是中国就业的一种重要问题，本文选取贵州省正安县为对象来探讨这一课题。贵州省正安县属于远离城市的传统农区和国家级贫困县，1986年县政府组织300名“娘子军”南下广东打工，开创了全国有组织劳务输出的先河。目前，全县每四个人中就有一个在外务工。但08年底的金融海啸又把众多农民工送回了相对贫瘠的正安县。本文通过对正安县返乡农民工再就业情况的实地调研、结合其他省区县份的有关情况、综合部分专家学者在再就业问题上的研究，并运用诸如“劳动力迁移模型”“金融危机下、劳动力流动”等相关理论原理，对正安县的返乡农民工现状进行了归纳总结、对其再就业问题进行了深入剖析、探究了目前存在的再就业状况的原因并提出了一系列解决再就业问题的方案。得出了诸如“政府主导，增加再就业率”、“以创业带动就业”等比较有意义的结论。关键词：农民工；返乡；再就业；调查研究
