摘要
本文介绍了自动药片装瓶机控制系统的发展历程及其意义，还包括自动装瓶机的设计、硬件系统设计、软件系统设计与程序的调试与检测、设备动作要求及其实际应用效果。
本文设计利用三菱的FX2N16MR001的可编程控制器实现了药瓶的自动装填，该控制系统能够达到生产所提出的速度和效率要求。整个系统采用了一台PLC控制，整个控制系统设一个控制室。利用PLC控制装瓶机运行，实现了装瓶机启动、停止、以及中途改变填装粒数的功能，从而实现了装瓶机运行的自动化功能。PLC特有的IO指示功能以及简便的PLC控制接线使其查找故障点十分迅速、方便。PLC主机工作可靠，本身故障很低。所以，采用PLC设计装瓶控制系统。
