1摘要
本设计是某城镇污水治理工程中污水处理厂的初步设计。设计处理废水为典型的城镇综合污水，规模为184万吨天，处理水质为：BOD5190mgL、COD380mgL、SS238mgL、NH3N49mgL、TP49mgL，设计出水水质：BOD5≤20mgL、COD≤60mgL、SS≤20mgL、NH3N≤15mgL、TP05mgL。要求废水处理后达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准（GB18918－2002）》的一级B排放标准。设计采用二段生物接触氧化法工艺，工艺主体构筑物主要包括沉砂池、初沉池、生物处理池和消毒池。生物处理池采用的是二段接触氧化工艺，该方法不仅结构紧凑，管理操作也很方便。消毒池采用加氯消毒。本工艺具有出水水质良好、生物脱氮效果佳、污泥量少且稳定、以及运行管理方便等特点。
