在经济全球化的背景下，提高核心竞争力是企业的生存发展的关键。企业文化是企业发展的核心竞争力，在现代的经济社会，企业文化对于企业的发展至关重要。企业文化是一种新的企业管理模式，现代企业的竞争已经深入到了文化层，文化竞争是更高层面的竞争。本文从企业文化建设对企业发展的重要性入手，结合中国传统文化在现代企业文化存在的影响，进行一定的分析。同时，中国传统文化体现的是中华民族自身的独特素质。文化与民族不可分割，所以，建设当代中国的企业文化，同样不能忽视中国的传统文化。弘扬中国传统文化精义，对于建立现代企业文化有重要的启示。关键词：企业文化中国传统文化现代企业文化
