摘要:电气设备的功率因数过低,会加重电网的负载,造成电网容量的浪费。功率因数的优劣是开关电源性能好坏的一个重要评价指标。为了便于研制和生产有源功率因数校正器,现在功率因数校正PFC(PowerFactorCorrectio
)的控制电路已集成化,有多种PFC集成控制电路芯片可供选择。本文采用TI公司生产的功率因数校正芯片UCC28019设计出一种高功率因数、高效率、低谐波的单相整流PFC开关电源。用两片高速串行AD转换器ADS7818对输出电压和电流采样采样数据送单片机STC89C52处理并由液晶显示器SN1602实时显示当前输出电压、电流。系统具有25A过流保护。测试结果表明功率因数大于095,效率达到92,输入电流波形谐波失真小于5。关键词:开关电源;STC89C52;功率因数校正;UCC28019;过流保护
