摘要
随着世界经济的蓬勃发展，我国科学技术水平的不断提高，连锁经营的国际化趋势也不断发展起来。近年来，我国的零售连锁行业也取得了迅猛的发展。但是，在中国加入WTO后，国内连锁零售业面临着管理先进、人才济济、资金雄厚的国外零售企业的全方位竞争。比如像家乐福、沃尔玛这样的大型连锁超市对我国的传统的零售商店起到了很大打击。该选题将对中国零售连锁业所存在的问题进行一定的分析，探讨我国零售连锁业的发展情况，最后有针对性的提出中国零售连锁企业在新的机遇和挑战下应有的发展对策和应对措施。关键词：国际化；零售连锁企业；发展对策
