摘要当前随着着我国经济的发展，人们越来越注重健康的生活方式，在城市里随处可见，各种健身场所与健身健美已经成为他们追求高品质健康生活的方式和潮流，许多健身者都期待在教练的帮助下更科学、更专业的锻炼，那么对教练的专业也更加严格：专业的理论知识、过硬的技术技能、良好的积极态度。然而现有的具有从业资格的教练专业程度良莠不齐、培训市场管理不规范。但是社会需求却是供不应求，“速成教练”应需而生，为了解决当前的供需矛盾，本研究将运用查阅文献资料、逻辑分析等方法，对体育从业资格短期培训的市场状况、教练认证、资格制度，对现状进行分析，并提出了体育从业资格短期培训的相关发展策略，为使这种培训的发挥出更大的功效性和进行良性发展，起到一定的推动作用。关键词：体育；从业资格；短期培训；市场；策略AbstractWiththedevelopme
