et和Web的迅猛发展，越来越多的企业认识到网络给企业带来
的便捷和其中蕴含着的无限机遇。对于企业的核心业务，物流和销售来说，传统的模式存在着3点弊端：首先传统模式的物流无法紧跟市场潮流的情况；其次容易出现错误，无法有效的跟踪错误并及时解决；再次，销售的产品得不到有效的宣传，并且需要大量的人力物力，加大了成本的开销。所以，在传统模式下的物流及销售很大的限制了企业的发展。为了解决这些问题，迫切得需要一套行之有效的物流管理及销售支撑系统。因此面向网上购物系统（SOSS，Shoppi

eSaleSystem）应运而生了。论文首先介绍了ASPNET20SQLServerAjax，C等技术的基本概念和特点。并通过网上购物系统对他们进行相应的阐述，着重讨论本系统设计的思路。论文最后给出了系统的有效运行及系统特点。
