教师一定要正确处理学生出现的错误，不能滥用表扬评价，对于学生的错误不能敷衍了事，一定要引导学生说出解题思路，然后才能作出相应的评价；对那些有错误但蕴涵创新思维的想法，在给予鼓励的同时，再指出不足，这样才能促使学生不断进步，激发学生的学习热情和创新火花。总之，有效的数学课堂教学以关注每一位学生的发展为根本，教师要为此搭建平台，做好铺垫，课堂教学中要把更多的时间还给学生，通过让学生更多地思考，更多地探索，更多地说和做，使教学最大限度地满足学生的个体差异，实现课堂教学的高质量和高效率，那么我们的学生将学得更自信，生活得更精彩。
