工厂物流和布置分析与改善研究
摘要
设施布置与设计是决定企业长期运营效率的重要决策，它是将系统各个部门、工作中心和设备按照系统中工作移动的情况来进行配置。设施布置设计对生产系统极为重要，据测算，工厂总运营成本中的20％50％是与无聊搬运和设施布置有关的成本。采用有效的布置方法，可以使这些成本降低30％，甚至更多。无论是哪一个工厂不管是生产什么产品的，我相信都会有同一个目标，那就是降低生产成本。降低生产成本有很多方法，但是通过优化改善工厂物流和布置来降低物流强度，提高生产率，降低生产成本的方法往往会被许多工厂忽视。本文是我在实习期间，收集我所在工厂的生产资料，并且从实际出发，运用所学的知识对工厂物流和布置进行分析与改善，通过多个方案比较，得出较合理的方案，降低了生产成本，使得工厂的生产效率提高。
