摘要
转基因抗虫水稻中重金属铅、镉、铜、铬、铁含量的测定
摘要:本实验对转BT抗虫品种的转基因水稻进行湿法消解预处理,处理液采用石墨炉和火焰原子吸收光谱法进行检测,测定重金属铅、镉、铜、铬、铁的含量,并做加标回收实验。按照相同方法处理非转基因水稻,并测定其重金属的含量,通过比较,发现该品种的转基因水稻与非转基因水稻中这五种重金属的含量没有明显差别。
