ERP在中小企业的应用研究

摘要：中小企业是国民经济中的重要组成部分。在如今的信息时代，随着ERP应用的日益普及，越来越多的中小企业迫切需要应用ERP来改善企业管理的现状，突破自身发展的制约和瓶颈，提高企业的竞争力。但是ERP项目是一个复杂的系统工程，存在很大风险，再加上中小企业自身各方面条件的限制，中小企业应用ERP的效果不尽人意。如何破解中小企业ERP应用的难题，帮助中小企业提高ERP项目的成功率，成为了一个急需解决的问题，具有一定的现实意义。
本文通过对中小企业ERP应用的需求进行分析，探讨了中小企业应用ERP的可行性和必要性。结合ERP软件在中小企业的具体实施应用，明确指出了中小企业应用ERP中存在的各种限制因素，全面详细地分析了中小企业在应用实施过程中遇到的各种困难，针对中小企业实施应用ERP存在的各种问题，提出了中小企业在ERP实施过程中应采取的相应对策和解决方案。本文重点在于分析问题并提出相关建议，帮助中小企业实现ERP软件快速实施和快速见效。
本文首先在第二章阐述了ERP原理和思想以及发展的历史阶段，论述了中小企业应用ERP的必要性和可行性。第三章分析了ERP实施过程中出现的各种问题，提出了相应对策。第四章进行了全文的总结。
