PLC控制的中水回用处理系统设计
摘要
水污染是我国城市面临的严重问题，它不仅危害人民的身体健康，更制约着我国经济的发展，破坏了生态平衡，并容易导致水荒的发生。中国水资源人均占有量少，空间分布不平衡。随着中国城市化、工业化的加速，水资源的需求缺口也日益增大。因此，中水回用目前与自来水生产、供水、排水、处于同等重要地位。针对现阶段我国污水处理厂的计算机管理和自动控制系统水平较低污水厂的正常运行率和出水合格率不高利用PLC与流量计、PH计、温度计和液位计组成污水处理控制系统，通过以太网实现上位机监控，对生产和生活过程中产生的废水进行净化、中和以及生化氧化等处理使其最终达到“中水”的排放标准。由于应用软件控制代替了硬件控制不仅提高了污水处理厂的正常运行率而且为自动化控制的顺利实现创造了条件。本设计介绍了PLC在污水处理系统中的应用及PLC控制系统的配置和控制方式，并对PLC和上位机组成的控制系统的主要功能进行了叙述，从而实现污水处理正果过程的实时监测和自动控制。设计中运用了温度传感器、液位传感器、流量传感器和酸碱度传感器来采集信号，经PLC处理分析后分别控制各水泵、风机和阀门的启停与开关，从而实现了生产过程的自动化。关键词：PLC；污水处理；中水回用；传感器；组态软件
