摘要
作为互联网和金融深度结合的产物，互联网金融近几年在我国的发展可谓是风生水起。同时，我国的互联网金融在高速发展中也暴露出许多由于法规缺位、监管不力造成的问题和风险。加强我国互联网金融风险及其防范对策的研究，对促进我国互联网金融健康有序发展具有重要的理论和现实意义。文章运用了定性定量相结合的方法，在分析我国互联网金融发展现状的基础上，系统分析了我国互联网金融亟需消除的各种风险，并提出了相应的防范措施。关键词：互联网金融，风险，传统金融
