摘
要
本文主要讨论了基于模糊单片机NLX230的温度模糊控制系统的硬件设计和软件设计过程。在此文中提出了数学模型难以确定或模型非常粗糙的工业系统的控制问题的解决办法模糊控制方法；并阐述了有关模糊控制的基本知识和模糊控制系统设计的一般步骤，如模糊化、模糊判决、模糊控制器的设计等；介绍了模糊单片机NLX230的引脚及功能；并以加热炉控制系统为例，选取炉子出口温度与给定温度之间的偏差与偏差变化率作为输入变量，以系统燃料管道上燃料流量控制阀的开度为输出变量，通过模糊单片机NLX230设计了一个双输入单输出的模糊控制系统来实现温度控制。
