摘要
为满足市场需要，本设计为：年产400万吨合格铸坯转炉炼钢工程转炉主体设计。本设计在生产其他合格铸坯的情况下以耐候钢作为主要生产的高附加值钢种。从高炉铁水进入炼钢厂开始的冶炼工艺为：铁水预处理LF炉精炼却卷取板坯连铸取样检验中宽带热轧机组包装分装混铁车粗轧转炉底吹氩精轧控制冷
缴库，通过这一工艺流程生产出合格的耐候
钢板坯。本设计选用两座200吨转炉，并进行了炉型尺寸、金属结构、倾动机构、转炉供氧系统、散料系统、烟气净化系统等方面的计算，以及铁水预处理系统、精炼系统、连铸系统进行了简要设计和论述。之后确定了车间的布置，然后进行车间计算和所用设备的规格和数量的设计，在此基础上进行车间尺寸计算，确定各层平台标高。最后对转炉车间设计的环境和安全要求进行说明。设计中为了更加形象的阐述转炉炼钢工艺以及相关设备结构，添加了大量图形
