教师绩效考核系统
摘要
伴随着中国高校的教育改革，教职工的队伍建设渐渐的受到重视。而信息技术在高校绩效考核中的应用，将会有助于优化高校绩效考核的业务流程，提高工作效率，改善服务质量，从而建立起信息化、职业化的绩效考核系统的管理平台。教育是现代国民教育体系的重要组成部分，而教师的素质直接决定了教育的质量，因此，教师的绩效考核变得极为重要。建立和完善教师绩效考核体系，是学校管理工作中的当务之急，绩效考核不仅有利于促进教师素质的全面提高，更有利于保持学校的竞争优势。本论文针对学院绩效考核的指标体系以及指标考核现状，开发并设计了教职工绩效考核信息系统。管理员可以更为直观地在同一平台上对绩效考核所涉及的大量的工作数据进行添加、删除、修改、查询等基本操作，处理指标体系当中的大量标准，自动生成绩效考核结果，方便进行统计作进一步分析，用户使用也更为方便化和人性化。
