喷淋式全自动汽车清洗机设计
摘要：通过对当今洗车机市场和洗车行业的调查研究研发一种具有清洗、
打蜡和底盘清洗的全自动汽车清洗机是很适应市场需求的。本文主要介绍了此全自动清洗机的结构组成、工作原理、控制系统及操作方法等方面的相关内容为产品实现产业化提供了依据。针对汽车清洗机的特点，采用电力和液压两种驱动方式。此全自动清洗机以良好的经济性、安全性、环保性及高效性将得到广大客户的青睐。本文主要研究的内容包括：一、总体方案的设计；二、5刷运动轨迹分析；三、喷枪、泡沫发生器、液压系统设计；四、电气系统设计；五、PLC控制电路设计；六、水循环处理系统设计。
