糖尿病性胃轻瘫针灸治疗方案的优化研究

糖尿病性胃轻瘫（Diabeticgastroparesis，简称DGP）是糖尿病并发症中较为常见的疾病，临床中主要表现为胃肠动力下降，蠕动减缓，食物排空延迟等。同时多伴有不同程度的胃部表现，如恶心呕吐、腹部胀满、早饱或消化不良。流行病学研究表明，在1型或2型糖尿病患者中，约有5076的患者伴有胃轻瘫1。针灸疗法治疗糖尿病性胃轻瘫具有良好的近期疗效，而且有一定的远期疗
