e系统评价是通过收集、评价和合成日益增长的原始临床研究结果，得出有关干预措施的综合效果，为卫生决策和临床实践提供真实、可靠的证据。它采用了科学、明确、可重复的研究方法以减少偏倚因素的影响，因此与传统综述不同。Cochra
e系统评价特别适用于某一干预措施的利弊根据单个临床研究结果难以确定，或在临床应用过程中存在较大的差异时。而质量差的系统评价可能误导决策者和临床医师。本文将介绍Cochra

系统评价（Systematicreview）是根据某一具体的临床问题，采用系统、明确的方法收集、选择和评估相关的临床原始研究，筛选出合格者并从中提取和分析数据，为疾病的诊治提供科学的依据。Meta－分析（Metaa
