汽车主汽车主减速器主锥总成结构设计及有限元分析摘要
主锥总成接受原动机传来的动力，并向所啮合的圆锥齿轮进行传递运动。在汽车主锥总成这一超静定的结构中，锁紧螺母的预紧力大小与垫片的选择直接相关，垫片厚度不同，轴承预紧不同，齿轮的位置也不同。本文针对装配中结构强度的问题，进行了后桥主减速器主锥总成装配技术中的力学研究，剖析了主锥总成的装配过程，找出了装配过程中的主要力学因素。基于装配过程中预紧需要的预紧力矩，通过理论分析获得拧紧力矩和轴向力的关系，建立了主减速器总成装配中的力学模型。在建立力学模型之后运用有限元法对主锥总成装配过程进行了数值分析。有限元法可以解决过去对复杂结构作精确计算的困难，改变了传统的经验设计方法。把有限元法运用在汽车主减速器主锥总成装配校验中，可以通过主锥总成应力分布的模拟分析和计算了解主锥总成中的应力分布与其装配结构的关系，从而给出装配后主减速器的应力分布场，最后完成其结构强度的分析和评价，为改进主减速器的设计和制造提供理论依据。关键词汽车主锥；轴承座；接触分析；ANSYS
