铜陵矿区矿山地质环境问题及治理对策建议李闽，王联军，罗小利

摘要：随着铜陵矿区由于长期大规模的资源开发，矿山地质环境问题日趋严重，截止2012年底，全市因采矿占用、破坏土地面积20859hm；地下水均衡遭到破坏，最大降深达已达100余米；矿产资源开采诱发岩溶塌陷、采空塌陷、不稳定边坡等地质灾害。铜陵市通过积极创新保证金制度、扎实推进矿山复绿行动、矿山地质环境对接城市建设、企业大力发展循环经济等措施开创了矿山地质环境治理新局面；总结了铜陵市矿山地质环境治理工作中还存在治理资金严重不足、治理责任主体不清等问题；提出国家应加大对铜陵矿区矿山地质环境治理的投资力度、完善矿山地质环境法律法规；铜陵市应加快绿色矿山建设，积极构建矿山地质环境治理责任确认制度，创新矿山地质环境治理投入机制等对策建议。关键词：矿山地质环境；治理与保护；铜陵矿区；对策建议中图分类号：X37文献标志码：A
