摘要：摘要：开放存取（Ope
Access）作为一种全新的学术出版模式，给世界的学术界、教育界和出版界带来了巨大的影响。本文简要阐述了开放存取的定义、发展历史以及实现开放存取的途径介绍了一些我国常用的国内外OA资源，统计分析了世界上部分重要学术机构库（IR）在各大洲、各国的分布情况，并统计、比较了我国10所高校对OA资源的揭示情况，简述我国图书馆和研究院所等应该如何促进OA资源的全面健康的发展，实现全世界信息资源的“大共享”。关键词：开放存取；开放期刊；开放仓储；分布统计关键词：
