在竞争日益激烈的今天，对客户的重视已经为广大商家认同。企业对客户资料的管理已经日益重要，而当收集了大量的客户资料以及相关业务信息以后，对这些信息的统计分析就成为企业做出正确的市场决策的重要依据。因此，客户信息系统就应运而生。而现代化的酒店是集客房、餐饮、通讯、娱乐、商务文化及其他各种服务与设施一体化的消费场所，酒店组织庞大，服务项目多，信息量大，要想提高效率，降低成本，提高服务质量和管理水平，促进经济效益，必须借助计算机来进行现代化的管理。酒店网站系统应运而生，本文简要介绍了酒店管理网站的发展前景及主要技术，为了更加方便广大顾客，网上预订酒店已经成为了一种时尚。根据酒店需要，提出了制作网上酒店管理系统，使顾客能够方便查阅和预定。
该系统是运用ASP技术和SQLServer2005数据库系统开发实现的，酒店网站包括了前台管理系统、后台管理系统两个子模块，系统主要实现了以下几个功能：前台，会员注册和登陆、我的订单、酒店预订及机票、租车等人性化服务，具有操作简单、界面友善、灵活性好、系统安全性高、运行稳定等特点，是酒店管理者的理想选择。
