内蒙古呼市高氨氮、高盐、内蒙古呼市高氨氮、高盐、高色度煤化工废水处理厂设计摘要
煤化工废水具有高氨氮、高盐、高色度、高含酚量等特点,且含有有毒有害物质,为了人类的可持续发展,需要对煤化工废水进行针对性处理。根据该厂规模、自然条件、水质特点,确定处理工艺为物化处理和生化处理相结合。物化处理采用有机溶剂萃取脱酚,脱酚率达90,脱酚污水将进入蒸氨塔,氨氮吹脱率可达70,为后续生化处理提供了可靠条件。污水经水质调节池进入生化处理阶段,水解酸化作为预处理大大提高了废水的可生化性,其水力停留时间为8h,池长20m,宽8m,有效水深65m。粉末活性炭(PAC)强化SBR池去除了污水中的大部分污染物质,污泥负荷率Ns为015kgBOD5(kgMLSSd),反应周期为6h,共设两座,池长20m,宽10m,有效水深50m。PAC起强化处理酚类物质和去除色度的作用,出水指标为COD60mgL、BOD20mgL、SS70mgL、NH3N15mgL、酚类05mgL、色度40。SBR池剩余污泥排入污泥浓缩池,经带式压滤机脱水后,泥饼外运。污水处理厂处理后的出水水质优于国家污水综合排放标准GB89781996中的一级标准。煤化工废水;工艺;关键词煤化工废水;SBR工艺;污泥处理
